Accomodations
Each of our units has its
own entry, living room/sitting area with fireplace, separate sleeping
area with queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, private bath, kitchen (fully
stocked), TV/VCR/DVD/stereo, private phone/fax line, off-street parking,
and access to laundry, courtyard, deck and hot-tub.
These are not typical "kitchenette" units. They have been
designed with attention to every detail - with antique (and antique
reproduction) furniture, oriental rugs, beautiful lighting, fine
plumbing fixtures, marble, granite, and tile countertops, tile and
hardwood floors, good beds and fine bed linens, feather pillows, etc.
There are no theme rooms here. The main consideration has been
recapturing the feeling of the past with refinement, good taste and
simplicity.
Since each unit is entirely self-contained with its own entry, you may
have as much privacy as you wish. We deliver an expanded continental
breakfast to your doorstep each morning upon request. But since we also
like mixing with our guests and providing them with opportunity to mix
with each other, we serve afternoon cocktails in our sunroom.
Our accommodations are intended primarily for high-end extended stays,
but we are happy to accommodate the short-term guest as well.
